Reset or Change Your Password
If you can’t sign in to Marketing Central because of an issue with your password, complete these steps to reset it.
Reset Your Password from Dealer Admin
Sign in to Dealer Admin.
Go to Dealer Resources > Marketing Central.
Select Forgot Password.
In Username, enter the email that you use to sign in to Marketing Central.
Select Submit.
Answer your security question, then select Submit.
Enter your new password, re-enter it, then select Login.
Reset Your Password from Marketing Central
Navigate to the Marketing Central sign in page.
Select Forgot Password from the sign in page.
In Username, enter the email that you use to sign in to Marketing central.
Select Submit.
Answer your security question, then select Submit.
Enter your new password, re-enter it, then select Login.
Change Your Password
If you’re already signed in to Marketing Central and you want to change your password, complete these steps.
Sign in to Marketing Central.
Select the Avatar icon and go to My Profile.
Expand Update Password.
In Create New Password, enter your new password.
In Re-enter New Password, re-enter your new password.
In Current Password, enter your current password.
Select Apply Changes.
